The first thing I do when working on a new topic for a quilt is a mindmap, just to get all my ideas on paper, like a brain vomit and then I see what excites me!
Next I look for definitions of the theme and Architecture can be defined as “the art or practice of designing and constructing buildings or the complex or carefully designed structure of something”
Architecture is much more than the design of buildings or a cultural representation of a society to me, what about the Divine Architect and nature, Nature is a magnificent architect ?

Biomimetic architecture is a type of architecture that is inspired by nature. The structures and processes of nature, such as plants, animals, and other life forms, are mimicked in biomimetic architecture.
Biomorphic architecture is a type of architecture that draws design inspiration from natural forms. The shapes are based on trees, leaves, animals, birds, and other natural forms, as well as abstract forms. Architecture with nature-inspired forms brings people closer to nature.

My last pieces were designed in an ai app (artificial intelligence) and this new technology is creating all sorts of arguments, (kind of reminds me of back in the early 1980’s when synthesizers took over the music industry).
I find this new technology exciting and decided to use it again, my idea to mix natural elements with constructed buildings to create something new.
